Course fees inclusive of:
- Boarding & lodging (Single occupancy basis)
- All meals.
- Transportation from panvel railway station to the institute & back.
- Any applicable taxes.
- NUSI Offshore Training Institute reserves the rights to change the course fees, without prior notice.
- Every effort shall be made to ensure that the courses are run as per the declared schedules. However due to unforeseen situations, courses may have to be re-scheduled, in which case the candidates will be informed in advance.
- Course seat Booking will be confirmed only after the payment of fees and will be on a “first come first serve basis”

Course Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling of a course is permitted up to 72 hours before the course start date. Rescheduling requests made within 48 and 24 hours prior to the start will incur deductions of 10% and 25% of the course fee respectively. These charges help cover administrative costs and secure your rescheduled seat.

Course Cancellation Policy
Once the Course participant has received confirmation of his /her booking for any courses at NOTI, he/she will be liable for the whole fee. No refund shall be made for bookings already confirmed, except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of the ‘Centre Head’, NOTI. The fees for the course shall be credited toward a future course that is mutually convenient to the participant and NOTI.
No Refund & rescheduling shall be made in the event that a course participant remains absent for the course.
In the event of cancellation of a scheduled course by NOTI, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavor to reschedule the course at the earliest and inform all participants before the commencement date of the course. In such event, all course fees paid will be reimbursed in full if requested by the candidate. However, any other costs that have been incurred, including travel, flights, accommodation, etc., will not be reimbursed. Should the Candidate have any questions regarding the above terms and conditions, he /she may contact the ‘Centre Head’, NOTI.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours but less than 72 hours in advance will result in a minimum deduction of 25% of the course fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course start time will result in a minimum deduction of 100% of the course fee.
The final deduction amount will be based on the administrative costs incurred and will be determined solely at the discretion of the management.
